Vision Statement
The Vision of Wade Carpenter Middle School's comprehensive school counseling program is to provide academic success to our students and encourage parents to be important contributors in their child's education. Counselors are committed to working with students and parents to achieve our school's goal of encouraging students to learn as much as they can and to set high academic standards for themselves and their future. All students at Wade Carpenter Middle School will experience success due to our dedicated staff who will challenge and mentor students holding them accountable. We will challenge and guide our students in making responsible choices, value, practice respectful behavior, and succeed academically.
Mission Statement
The mission of Wade Carpenter Middle School counseling program is to educate our students, parents/guardians, staff, and administration on the importance of education. We focus on educating students on prevention, and school safety by delivering direct services to engage them in proactive fun activities. WCMS counseling program strives to educate and inform students on ways they can improve academic development, career development, and personal/social development. Throughout the school year, we discuss ASCA's three broad domains and aspire to focus on student competencies.
